Our Focus

Education

To advocate for all students but particularly African American students, parents and families in support of relevant quality educational programs within the city of Vallejo Unified School District (VCUSD).  To educate and inform the community regarding State and Federal legislation, local policies and other issues effecting education as it related to VCUSD.

Political Action

Develop processes, which will support the AAA community in becoming more effective in the political area in the community.  Focus on educating the community on viable African American candidates for political office; voter registration, assisting residents to get to the polls and to promote absentee ballot voting.

Economic Development

Create a solid economic base where African Americans are involved in the economic development of the City of Vallejo. To create equal access to economic opportunities i.e., funding contact appropriation input on site development and business retention education.
